
The objective:
To create a self-improving organization by providing a low-threshold, diagnostics specific, Lean Yellow Belt training in order to embed the Lean philosophy in the organization
The approach:
The Lean Yellow Belt course is divided into 5 individual modules, each with a maximum of 3 hours. Each module exists of 1 hour diagnostics specific theory and 2 hours of hands-on via several workshops
- In consultation with the client we will identify which modules will be given
- In consultation with the client we will identify the groups , data and time
- The modules can be distributed over a longer period of time
- Per module max of 10 participants
Benefit for the customer:
- All employees are trained at the same level
- The trainings will be held in house at the customer site
- This makes it possible to go to the workplace and show true examples from the workplace
- Employees don’t have travel and accommodation costs
- The courses are modular, each module takes up to 3 hours, including workshops and hands-on. The trained employees will be able to apply their Lean & Six Sigma knowledge into practice
- Continuity of the daily routine work is guaranteed as the modules will be taught for a maximum 3 hours each and will be given at the desired time
- Module 3 and 4 are particularly suitable for employees who will act as project leaders
- For the price of 1 employee, a maximum of 10 employees can be trained
Deliverables:
- The trainers will receive per module hands-Out
- The trainers will receive a certificate for each module
- The trainers will receive after all the 5 modules a Lean Yellow Belt-certificate
- Optional: In consultation with management team, follow up on several improvement projects and other follow-up trainings like Lean Green Belt courses is possible
