Hasan Polat

Hasan Polat started out his career as a Clinical Chemistry technician in the Netherlands. After 7 years working in the laboratory, he continued his career for 10 further years as a Sales Representative at Bayer Diagnostics, the Netherlands. During this period, Hasan  fulfilled several different commercial roles and moved his career to Sakura Finetek Europe.

Within Sakura, he started as Business Manager for Sakura Finetek Benelux. In this role, he accompanied the transition of the Histopathology business from Bayer to Sakura where Hasan was responsible for building up a new organization with a focus on sales activities. After 5 years, he continued his career within Sakura as a Lean & 6 Sigma Black Belt where he:

  • developed and executed several Lean & Six Sigma courses

  • co-developed the sales strategy for SMART Automation sales

  • developed and executed > 80 Workflow Study and Business cases consultancy

  • developed and executed several Lean Implementation Improvement projects
  • developed and executed > 80 Workflow Study and Business cases consultancy
