
The objective:
The aim of the Rapid Improvement Service is to solve a “complex” issue within a very short time frame of 5 days and to embed the Lean philosophy in the organization
The approach:
The project members are fulltime active with the project
A3- management project plan will be taught so that the project members can execute the next KAIZEN-event by themselves
Step1: Preparing and finalizing A3- Project Charter
Step 2: Preparing and measuring 0- measurements
Step 3: Maximum 5 days on site in lab in order to train and guide the project members according the A3-project charter plan & PDCA
Step 4: Presentation of results to the project owners and closing project
The Benefit for the customer:
- The problem will be solved in a very short time period
- The project team members will be trained on only the necessary theory for executing and solving the problem
- Creating and maintaining a continuous improvement culture
Deliverables:
- The problem will be solved
- The project member can execute the next KAIZEN event independently
